As a Business Development Manager you are responsible for developing sales of Just Search products and services through developing contacts with prospective customers, negotiating and closing sales. You will generate your own leads and communicate with the Country Manager – Ireland on a daily basis on the progress of current prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales of Just Search products and services to predominantly new clients
• Generate leads through research, networking etc
• Generate interest in the company and product
• Respond to and follow up all incoming sales enquiries using appropriate methods
• Carry out the entire sales cycle with prospective customers

• Achieve both personal and Company revenue targets

The Web Design and Development Team are responsible for web builds, web development and web design projects for a number of clients.  These projects also require SEO principles to be applied when carrying out design work.

As a Junior Digital Designer you will be responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of a variety of projects, some of which will be developed by other programmers in the team.  You may also be required to carry out overflow SEO work at times.

You must have experience in designing websites and knowledge of graphic design packages such as Fireworks, Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator.  A good working knowledge of HTML/XHTML would be advantageous.

As you will need to apply SEO principles in your projects, a basic understanding of SEO is desirable, and it is essential to have an interest in the field and a willingness to learn. Full SEO training is provided in this role.

You will be working directly with clients and therefore must be able to communicate effectively and be able to interpret, discuss and visualize your own ideas we well as other peoples to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the sales departments and liaise with the client at proposal stage to effectively brief the project, assessing timescales and costs as well as project parameters and limits.
• Liaise with the client to problem solve and implement necessary changes
• Offer solutions and options for client issues
• Produce high quality designs that meet the client brief on time and in budget
• Ensure design projects meet the Company guidelines for standard SEO (as measured by QA checklist)
• Provide technical support and advice to colleagues when required
